Is England the only country without a National Costume?

From what we hear over the pond, you do have a new costume. A long white caftan with a head scarf with a black ring on it to hold it in place. I have seen a lot of these every time I’m in London and I thought it was the new National dress. I am sure when I peeked into the window one night at Windsor Castle that I saw Prince Phillip wearing just this very outfit. His had a crown on the top to help him accessorize it a little more. I don’t really care for it but I think it must be comfortable. A little breeze up the caftan in the summer helps. No undies. Could be quite the thrill.
