Is Endeavor Agency in Toronto legitimate?
No legitimate agency charges you anything upfront for representation. And they do not take a set $ amount out of your pay. They should take a standard commission of 10-20% based on the type of job AFTER they have booked you on a job. No real agency gets paid before they get you work. And if they are already on Actra’s no cheque list, I wouldn’t bother with them at all. ONLY go with agencies who have signed the Code of Ethics. If they won’t sign, it’s usually because they are unethical. You can search for these agencies in the Actra site. Don’t waste your time or money. Legitimate agencies do not advertise on Craigslist either.
