Is Emerald Woods a gated community?
Yes, we have a vehicular gated entry with only one entry and exit to Emerald Woods. Each tenant has two proximity entry cards for access thru the gate. Your visitors may be allowed (only by you) entry into the community via your cell or home phone from the entry gate phone. You may reserve a gate controller for your car visor that works like a garage door opener for a one time programming fee of $45/each.
