Recordkeeping in an electronic environment makes records more accessible then hard copy recordkeeping and an electronic version of a record is usually more reliable then the hard copy version of the same record. In some cases the content of the record is lost in the hard copy format. Electronic recordkeeping is better and the way of the future.
