Is eLearning sufficient for end-users?

0

Although the primary focus is on eLearning, CTR is providing web-casts, job aids and instructor-led training courses to end-users to supplement eLearning. While eLearning is new to many users, in surveys the majority of departments wanted eLearning. Instructor-Led Training is more costly both for CTR and departments as it requires end-users to be out of the office and the training is not repeatable when you need it. The eLearning modules are repeatable and can always be used for reference. CTR will review eLearning evaluations to improve the training program and add more sessions as the need arises.
