A. The Dallas CAD database is not always up-to-date. The homes listed on the EHOP-Dallas web site are owned by EHOP-Dallas, Inc. Q. Will you get every HUD foreclosure? A. No. We are contractually obligated to take every HUD home in the census tract blocks covered by the ACA program. We will receive a maximum of 200 properties per year. Q.
