Is egyptian architecture based on egyptian culture?

0

No, because what is referred to as the Egyption culture existed in Nubia/Cush/Ethiopia prior to them establishing Egypt as its colony. There are hundreds more pyamids and temples in Nubia/Cush/Ethiopia than there are in Egypt, and a large number of them predate anything in Egypt. The only differences are Egypt’s pyamids are much larger and were constructed out of granite while Nubian pyramids were constructed out of red brick. While the Egyptians didn’t create their architecture, they definitely took what they inherited to the next level. It’s also a proven fact that the Pharoanic system of rule existed in Nubia at least 3 centuries before being extablished in Egypt. Also, Osiris, the ancient ruler that colonized Egypt, was deified upon his death and worshiped as a god, and Nahmer, or Menes, is the ruler credited with the reunification of Egypt. Both were natives of Nubia.
