Is ego stopping world peace?
What can create world peace in the first place? Something with a self, I would think. And this person is trying to create a peace with another person… another ego. I can’t see peace existing at all with out two people interested in their on going lives, in their being here. So, if the ego creates this idea of peace, which is something that must be “attained,” something the changes how things are now, than that itself might be the problem. You want to achieve peace, which means the world around you is something you don’t want happening the way it is, you want a world that is happening a different way. I’d say ego is stopping world peace because it is trying to make the world peaceful, which is the cause of messing with the structure that was there in the beginning.
