No, use of the appellate courts’ electronic filing system is voluntary. The Appellate Court Records office will continue to accept paper filings over the counter during regular business hours or via regular mail.

No, eFiling is voluntary. The Appellate Court Records office will continue to accept paper filings by mail and over the counter during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except for court holidays.
