Since Eco-Lawn creates a deep root system it cannot be sold as a sod. When Eco-Lawn is cut like sod, its roots are severed and it dies. Since it is the deep roots that enable Eco-Lawn to be drought tolerant, we can only offer it in seed form. That said, Eco-Lawn does germinate quickly and will form a dense turf over a full growing season.
