Is early repolarization of heart a kind of arrhythmia?

I am asking this because in the medical standard for NAVY any history of ECG arrhythmia is disqualifying. I thought it would be good to ask if early repolarization is a type of arrhythmia. I have never had any symptoms, or used any medications for my condition. Thank you.
