Is each (Fizfit workout) class the same format?
We teach every workout session differently. One day it can be focused on body weight, sometimes using dumbells, power wheels, resistance bands, suspension cables, and kettlebells. Classes can also focus on gentle stretches, joint mobility drills, breathing (chi gung) exercises, to high intensity interval training and plyometrics. Sometimes the emphasis may be on strength, upper or lower body, abdominals, posterior chain, or whole body compound exercises. The combination of the different training methods are limitless and in our 6+ years of teaching we never had to repeat the same workout twice (unless by popular demand).
