Is e-Learning sufficient for end-users?
Although the primary focus is on e-Learning, CTR is providing web-casts, job aids and instructor-led training courses to end-users to supplement e-Learning. While e-Learning is new to many users, in surveys the majority of departments wanted e-Learning. Instructor-Led Training is more costly both for CTR and departments as it requires end-users to be out of the office and the training is not repeatable when you need it. The e-Learning modules are repeatable and can always be used for reference. CTR will review e-Learning evaluations to improve the training program and add more sessions as the need arises.
