Many studies have been made to compare the efficiency of e-learning and Instructor-Led Training. The results show that in the majority of cases e-learning, when it is properly developed, is as effective as Instructor-Led Training, if not more so. As with any method of training, its success depends on the quality of the training provided. It must be informative, interactive, and engaging.
