Is e-FAQ compatible with and can it be used in conjunction with other email response management systems (ERMS)?
e-FAQ can be used as a front-end auto response system for other email management systems. If a submitted message does not match up to e-FAQ question/value pairs and meet a predetermined confidence level, then e-FAQ will send the message to a preset forwarding email address for subsequent processing. The forwarding email address could be an address that is used to route and manually process email messages.
