You should never take aspirin products during pregnancy unless your doctor prescribes them. There are some situations where a doctor will prescribe a small dose of aspirin and if he does then it is ok to take it, but only take it with doctor approval.

I started spotting at 5 and a half weeks pregnant and my gynae checked the baby at 6 weeks 2 days and the was a heartbeat and everything looked normal and my hormone levels kept on going up so she partially ruled out miscarriage and gave me duphaston 10mg twice daily and the spotting has stopped.
