Is DSE a portal like phpNuke or postnuke?
-No. DSE allows you to build your site the way you want. Portals are pretty much websites in a box. You install them and start adding content. But they can turn out to be very limiting for designers and people who like working with HTML. You can certaily make it look like a portal if you want. But DSE will prove to be more powerful and more freeform in design.
