A. Yes. Our office is physically staffed 24 hours a day. Our day time Project Coordinators are roistered to cover the main working day between 0700 & 2000 and our Night Project Coordinators cover from 1900-0800, allowing a 1 hour handover period between teams. During peak periods, we also provide additional operational cover between 0600 & 0900 and 1800- 2100.
