Is drinking liquor more healthier than beer since you can consume less alcohol volume for the same effects?
No. Your question contains a fallacy. Technically, you are drinking a higher alcoholic volume. Beer is generally around 5% abv. Liquor is considerably higher. However, what really matters is the amount of alcohol total, not the abv. Having 3 shots of liquor is roughly the same as drinking 3 beers. If anything, the beer is healthier for you, since the alcohol is diluted by all the extra stuff (similar to drinking on a full stomach, you’ll be less effected). Not to mention, dark beers have been shown to be as healthy for your heart as red wine (in moderation), whereas liquor doesn’t have any of that good stuff for you, just alcohol.
