Is drinking alkaline ionized water a health benefit?
There is not a lot of scientific research that back this claim, but water ionizers that produce high pH alkaline water have been recognized as medical devices and have been used for several years in countries like Japan and Korea. I’m betting that the US FDA wont approve any natural/alternative practices that don’t make the pharmaceutical companies money.
