Thanks for the extra info…Dreamweaver is a great tool – very powerful. But there is a rather steep learning curve, and then there’s the cost. So the short answer is yes, Dreamweaver will do the job. But if you don’t want to spend the time learning it, or the price is a problem, I’d suggest you take a look at Blogger. While it’s true that most people do use it just to ‘blog’ but you can do a lot more with it – and it makes it very easy to upload file (images, etc.). And you can’t beat the price. Best wishes!
