Is Dr. Perovic board certified to practice in the United States?
No, he is not. But in fact, doctors in the USA are licensed by individual states, not the Federal Government. A doctor licensed in Ohio cannot practice medicine in any other state. Board certification is not the same as a medical license. Professor Perovic is a a member of the American Academy of Phalloplasty Surgeons.
