Unless you are paying for it, downloading any copyrighted content (pictures, music, videos, etc.) that isn’t available for free download with the corresponding license (in some cases at the official website), is illegal. It doesn’t matter if it’s from a past AI performance, it doesn’t even matter if it’s from an AI performance or not. If you really want it, you should pay for it. Anyway, you can still download it illegally, but this way you won’t be really supporting your favorite artists, because this will make their labels lose money and break contracts (definitely not good for them).
