Normal/Anonymous users are allotted only single segment download. For TS Premium Account holders an extensive server routines which also supports the downloading of segments is possible. Each file can be downloaded much faster in parallel; in up to 20 streams with the download accelerator. Please be aware that some download accelerator do not handle the download with several streams correctly and produce more traffic, which will be accumulated to your traffic. • I always get a small file of (5kb or 7kb) instead of real file when trying to download; what should I do? This happens for Anonymous/Normal Account users; when trying to download the file direct using some download accelerator software like DAP, GetRight, IDM..! We suggest NOT using any download accelerators if you do not have a Premium Account with us. Workaround: Disable clicks catch by download accelerator in browser! • Can paused/broken downloads be resumed? Only if you have TS Premium Account; Anonymous/Normal Account user
