Is DoDI 5000.2 going to be updated to reflect the SEP requirement?
The USD(AT&L) systems engineering policy memorandum, dated Feb 20, 2004, states, “Toward that end, I am establishing the following policy, effective immediately and to be included in the next revision of the DoD 5000 series acquisition documents: ….” DoDI 5000.02 (formerly the DoDI 5000.2) was updated in December 2008 reflects the SEP requirement.
