YES. Many Dish Network channels have now begun to actively migrate to Nagra 3 encryption and have so far been unavailable to “testers” in the FTA underground community with standalone receivers. All subscribers to Dish Network have been informed that they will need to upgrade their conditional access cards with new purple Nagra 3 version cards.
