I’ve never been around heroin, but I can say pretty confidently that there is not benadryl in heroin. Heroin is made from the poppy plant, as is morphine and other derivitives. Benadryl is not made from the poppy plant so unless some dealer is crushing it up and cutting their stuff, there shouldn’t be anything but heroin.
