Hi There, Diclofenac is not actually a pain killer, it is an anti inflammatory. It is similar to the ibuprofen in the nurofen, but stronger, however the nurofen plus contains codeine which is a relatively strong analgesic (pain killer). Try the nurofen plus, and see how you go. If you are happy with it, continue to take it otherwise switch and see which helps you better.
