You got me curious. I didn’t know that dialysis could be done on dogs. I live in the U.S, nut I found a site that talks about dialysis for dogs. I think your best bet would be fine a veterinary school or college where you might friend might be able to have it done. It’s rare to be done in the U.S I believe.
