DiaCu is isotropic. DiaCu is comprised of randomly-oriented diamond grains which are mechanically and/or chemically bonded in a copper matrix; as such, bulk thermal conductivity in all directions should be equal. This is one of the key properties that make DiaCu a much better heat spreader than other composites or CVD diamond in terms of price-performance.
