Yes, Dfx is compatible with Final Cut Pro 6 and Final Cut Studio 2 using Apples FxPlug format. Earlier versions of Final Cut Pro are not supported because it wasnt until Final Cut Pro 6 that certain, necessary FxPlug features for Dfx to function properly were available.
