Yes, you can rely on the desktop sharing technology of HelloPCSupport. The one-to-one connection you setup with our technician cannot be viewed or accessed by anyone else. When you log off, the temporary desktop application will be automatically deleted from your PC, which means we can no longer access your PC. Moreover, during the one-to-one session, the control of your mouse and keyboard is with you. You can stop the session with a simple mouse click or keyboard strike.
