Yes, Waffle slab design is possible in STRUDS®. A waffle slab is simply a slab beam system. In the preprocessor, the user needs to create such grids, in the form of small slabs. In design, these slabs will be designed depending upon the boundary conditions encountered, and depending upon the analysis results the beams would be designed.
