Denise Austin’s exercise programs on DVDs, VCDs and in books are great sources of good guides on cardio exercise, strength training and toning. I’ve bought her DVDs on cardios, Pilates and strength training. They’re good, especially for beginner exercisers. She’s a good exercise instructor and can relate well to her audience’s needs. I’ve got results following her programs. I think the success of her program, if you really want to know the truth, is that you really DO the exercise featured in the DVDs, VCDs and books. Period. You don’t have to exercise daily – exercise on alternate days is the best, to give your muscles and body rest, allowing them to recover from the stress of exercise. I think you’ll not see results faster by exercising everyday – you’ll more likely incur injuries in your muscles and run into the risk of “overuse”.
