Yes, Dell does come with a lot of crap bloatware, but their quality is no worst than the other manufactures, I have been working with Dell equipment for many years, from their laptops to servers, overall quality had been good, one of the key factor is the ability to purchase additional warranty which is a great investment, as laptop repair bills are sky high. HP is a good company but their laptops sucks, on many models they overheat and die real fast. Toshiba is a good all rounder, if you dont mind the weight, because the cheaper range always aim at people who dont travel much with them, the price on the smaller/lighter model is high compare to the rest. Lenovo is a good make, personally havent come across many dead ones so worth looking into. I’ve had (3) Toshiba-one desktop 2 laptops (2) HP (1) Dell neither of the first 2 listed did very well and I’ve had the Dell doing on 6 years (Inspirion E1705 17″ screen touch pad) and plan on keeping it until something that can outdo it comes along and so far nada.
