Defcon is Both indoors and Outdoors. Q) How long do I have to wait at the damned check in line? Why are people cutting in front of me? A) You have to wait as long as it takes. People are cutting in front of you because they are cooler then you and this is not their first year coming. Q) Where are all the bathrooms located at Defcon? A) Ask the front desk for a Map. Q) Why isn’t there a roof tent this year? A) Do to some trouble fire code issues the roof tent had to disappear. Q) What is parking like at Defcon? A) Pre-Con (Before it starts) parking is usually fine. During the event parking is a horrid situation. This is because of all the people who stay at other hotels/live in the area and drive to Defcon each day. Q) Do we have a prayer service on Sunday morning? A) Only if you’re a member of the church of WiFi. Q) What is Hacker Jeopardy? A) Hacker Jeopardy is more than just a game. It’s the late night event with a guaranteed good time for all at the con.
