Is decorative concrete resurfacing expensive?

Depends on what you are comparing it with. If comparing it with removing old concrete or asphalt and installing paving or pouring liquid limestone. No, it is a fraction of that cost. If comparing it with paving or concrete paint then yes. But concrete paint is just that – uniform coloured concrete paint, whereas resurfacing transforms the texture and colour of the surface and will not fade or peal off like concrete paint and there is no way you can achieve the same ‘work of art’ affect with paving paint.
