Is Dealer LOGIX compliant with California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) requirements?
Dealer LOIGX is fully compliant with the California BAR. ยง 3353 (a) states: “Estimates for Parts and Labor. Every dealer shall give to each customer a written estimated price for parts and labor for a specific job.” The Dealer LOGIX full disclosure process ensures complete disclosure of the services requested and estimate. To provide addiontional protection, full disclosure of declined services is also provided.
