No. We are very Anti-Spyware. Our “Personal Firewall” feature keeps spyware from functioning on your computer by blocking the ability of your activities being reported to the outside world. DeadBoltSecure “reports” the following items only to our service’s central system. 1. A simple validation of your Activation Key to make sure you have a valid and current licensed copy. 2. If you have the automatic enhancements turned on, we periodically check to make sure that you have the latest version of our software running on your system.
