Is Darwinian Macroevolution science or pseudo-science?
If a theory can explain opposite (contradictory) results with equal facility, that means that the theory is not truly predictive in nature. The theory can not be falsified by comparing its predictions with the experimental data. Falsifiability is one criterion used to distinguish science from pseudo-science. Given that the theory of Macro-Evolution can explain contradictory results with equal facility, that would indicate that the theory is not falsifiable and is therefore not Science, but rather is pseudo-science.
