On Tuesday Cook’s manager, Darryl McCauley was arrested by Massachusetts state police for allegedly stealing millions of dollars from the comic. In published reports, McCauley, apparently is listed as Cook’s brother and the best man in Cook’s recent wedding. Cook has not commented on the rumors.
