Is cutting yourself a sin for christians?
It’s not a sin, but… cutting is so stupid. There are so many alternatives to dealing with pain, so many better alternatives. There are thousands of others who deal with your problems, and they learn how to deal with it, without a knife. Leukemia can be treated. Getting a multitude of partners is a part of life. It’s your own fault that your grades are so bad. I’m suffering with a ton of problems too, but I try and keep my grades high. And guess what, it works! Being mad at each other sometimes is a part of marriage. It’s overcoming those problems and reaching resolutions that is a true test of a couple’s love.
It probably is, but ignore that. Christians think anything is a sin. Look, you really need to tell someone about this. I told my boyfriend and he urged me go to go to therapy. It didn’t help me – but if may help YOU- so I made life more enjoyable by moving to asia. So do something that makes you happy. Try and turn things around. I’ve gone months now without doing it (I don’t cut, btw) and I had for 6 years. You just started – please rethink it and not keep doing it. It’s really hard to quit. I kept trying in the past. I didn’t exactly want to stop, same as you – in fact I kind of want to do it again, but it’s all for the best to NOT do it!
