Is Custom Postage real and approved by the USPS?
Yes. Custom postage is approved for domestic use (U.S.-based mail) by the United States Postal Service. You may use them just as you would stamps that you buy from USPS. Can I use custom postage page for my international mail? Not at this time. We are only offering custom postage for domestic use or U.S.-based mail. Why is there a black border around my image? (a thin black border is around every image.) The area within the black border defines your design area.
