A. LPN experience does not apply towards RN seniority. If a candidate is a current or previous employee or summer nurse intern, the applicant’s past work experience and performance with Allina will be reviewed and taken into consideration. If a new graduate is hired into a RN position, the MNA contract language will be followed regarding credit given for LPN experience towards pay.
