Is creatine bad?
there has not been any long term experiments studies done so right now we don’t know if it is bad for you or not. People say creatine will damage the kidneys over time but we don’t have evidence to prove or disprove that. I will tell you that I took it for 6 weeks and I loved the results. I gained over 50 pounds on my bench max and just felt really good about myself. I personally would recommend it to anyone who wants to get strong. However if you want to get toned, don’t take it because you will gain water weight.
