While CPIT will run many of the training courses at TradeFIT, all partners will be able to contract in their own training providers if they so wish. Other providers, TEIs and PTEs also could use these facilities for industry specific seminars, “in house” training with access to drawing boards, computers, and online and multi-media facilities. In these ways TradeFIT will be a regional construction industry training resource centre.
