Not in general. However, certain flags need to be set if you are using Norton Utilities Speed Disk as follows: 1. Open Speed Disk and choose File, Options, Customize and Unmovable Files. 2. Specify that the *.ENT, *.RST, *.Key and *.4ls files cannot be moved.
