Is Cover Girls makeup “TruBlend Whipped Foundation” non-comedogenic?

Covergirl claims that all their makeup is non-comedogenic, but I’ve used that foundation, and it did clog my pores (just blackheads though). It’s also oily and thick, and it transfers really easily. I would try another foundation. I personally do not like it.
