is Countrywide mortgage parts of Fannie Mae?

Countrywide is not owed by FannyMae. Countrywide can have or do loans that were underwritten by FannyMae, FreedyMac and or FHA. You would need to review your documents to see. If it is a current loan, you should be able to ask what type of loan program it was. If you are considering doing a new loan, then whether it is underwritten under FannyMae guidles would be based on what you accept and they offer. They do offer rates based on Fanny though.
