Yes. Council engaged CSIRO to undertake an investigation into the possible affects of climate change as it relates to the Gold Coast Region. Council will be requiring developers to make an allowance for a sea level rise of 27 centimetres over the next 50 years and is including that provision in its hydraulic modelling.
